About The Cutting Edge

The Cutting Edge was started in January of 1987 to address nutrition-related issues in HIV disease. To accomplish this mission, persons involved with The Cutting Edge worked to provide direct patient care, develop written materials for clients and health care professionals, develop and implement clinical and community programs, and advise on policy, research, and other ventures. The Cutting Edge has provided services around the world including specific work to-date in the United States, Canada, Europe, Africa, and Central America.
